18 bucks for these two items in the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. What a ripoff.
View from hotel room in Zurich. Only paid about $90 for this room. It was small but comfortable.
Dusk falling on Zurichsee or Zurich Lake. Looking across at the four- and five-hotels. Quite different from the little bed and breakfast I was staying in.

Next morning in main train station in Zurich. So clean and neat. Could have eaten off of the floor.
Inside of the train going to St. Moritz. Very airy and great for viewing countryside and passing views. Shit for photos (reflected glare on inside of windows.)
One of many small castles and/or towers saw on this trip. No idea where it was or if it was a ruin or still used. Probably still used.
Same castle again. I took a lot of photos because it was my first real castle I had seen in Switzerland.
Clouds were starting to clear after an overcast morning in Zurich. Very green fields and trees with spring in the air.

Small ski hill outside Bergun, high and dry now in early April. It was a poor snow year in Europe so not surprising that no snow. Only a small tow lift, but two small chairs just further up the rail line with no snow again.
Photo of famous railroad viaduct over Alvra Albula. Railroad goes through four tunnels in under a kilometer. To do this, the tunnels are in circles and the railroad gains almost 200 meters in this distance. Pretty goddamn amazing. There are a lot of photos of this particular bridge also.
